Escape to the country

Hi all. Hope you’re well and you’ve had a good week. Thought tonight I’d post some pics of our recent mini-escape to the country – we went to a place called Stanthorpe which is on what’s called “the Granite Belt”, part of the Great Dividing Range here in sunny Queensland. It’s very beautiful as you can see, and we had a great time – except for the brief interlude Dougal had with a barbed wire fence…at speed (ok ok I may just have been chasing him!). Anyway as you can see below it certainly didn’t damage the little show-offs looks! As usual I’m in the purple collar & Dougie’s is black…

Also stay tuned over the weekend to see if mum and dad buy us a backyard! Yes that’s right people – they are going to a funny thing called a house auction tomorrow. Unfortunately we have to stay home & miss the excitement – but we’ve already inspected the place & given it a big claws up (well we don’t exactly have thumbs people!). Anyway paws crossed everyone – with any luck this time tomorrow night we’ll be the proud owners of our very own grassy speedway circuit – see ya later dog park – hello sweet dig-able lawn!!
